Right in Ralphs/Raintree shopping center. You must try their meatball sandwich. Everything is delicious. They usually have a weekly special, and the prices are always reasonable. Service is pretty quick.
Come for the subs, stay for the pizza. You wouldn't expect it, but the pizza is simply fantastic. By the slice or the whole pie, Joyce's makes a great pizza. Oh, the meatball sandwich is good, too.
